DINNER: Chicken and Veggie Sheet Pan Bake

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1 head of broccoli, chopped
1 zucchini, diced/chopped
Olive oil
Garlic powder, to taste
Paprika, to taste
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375degF
Cut up peppers, onion, broccoli, zucchini, and chicken into 1-2 inch cubes
Place the veggies and chicken into a bowl
Drizzle with olive oil and mix until all pieces are coated
Arrange in one layer on baking sheet
Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper - to taste
Bake for 35 minutes, or until veggies are soft and chicken is cooked through (no pink, 165degF)
